Fall Fun Brownie Baking

Delicious Cheesecake Brownies!



Ingredients-

Brownies-
2 sticks of butter (melted)
2 1/4 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups chocolate chips

Cheesecake-
8 oz. cream cheese 
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla 
1 egg

Recipe-

Grease 9x13" pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees

Brownies-
Melt butter in microwave and combine with sugar in a bowl. Stir and allow to cool off for 5-10 min. Add in eggs and vanilla and stir until smooth. (Preferably use a mixer) Add in cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and flour, and mix until fully combined. Then carefully stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan. 

Cheesecake- 
In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar vanilla, and egg. Mix together. Use the underside of a large wooden spoon to make 3-5 trenches in the brownie batter, and pour in cheesecake batter. Take a knife and go across the mix perpendicular to the trenches. Bake for 30-45 min.
